On Friday, October 26th we hosted trunk/trick or treating here at CCRC.
The children went room to room trick or treating. We had a couple of interns
and employees decorate their trunks and dress up to pass out candy and
add too the fun. This is one of the ways our elders give back to the community
and enjoy the company of kids.
Laundry worker by day and Freddy’s victim by night. Thanks to all of our actors
who made the haunted hayride a night of fright.
On Saturday, October 20th CCRC held its second Annual Fall Festival. This
festival benefited Toys for Tots and helps able our elders to participate in
purchasing toys for children in need. We had several booths set up and hayrides.
Thanks to everyone who helped make this event a success.
Brenda loves to do manicures!
CCRC and Generations Connected took part in MTSU’s homecoming by hosting
our own tailgating week with themed days leading up to a pep rally on Friday
equipped with cheerleaders. Our awesome MTSU interns and CCRC staff helped
add some flair to the weeks festivities.
