CCRC is fully staffed with licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants 24 hours a day. We believe that nurses and CNA’s, as the staff closest to the resident, should be empowered to make decisions regarding residents and their care. We pride ourselves on having a nursing staff who values teamwork and who are willing to fill non traditional roles to provide quality care to our residents. Resident centered care is vital to encourage our residents to pursue and enjoy a fulfilled life in their home.
