Originally from Indiana, I completed my bachelors degree at Bethel University. Following graduation, I relocated to Southern California in the summer of 2015 where I began my career in skilled nursing. I had originally started in pursuit of a career in physical therapy but after working in skilled nursing for a year and finding my passion for the geriatric community, I transitioned to nursing home administration. I completed an Administrator in Training program in 2018. After becoming licensed, I began working at a large skilled nursing community in Santa Ana, CA where I served as the assistant administrator for almost two and a half years. My conclusion in this community was brought about by my family’s relocation to Middle Tennessee back in October of 2020.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, watching sports and good Bar-b-que!
I am just getting started here at Community Care of Rutherford County. I have been fortunate to meet many friendly and welcoming staff and residents and I am excited about the opportunity to lead this community with the management support of United Church Homes and the Board of Directors. This community is filled with people that are passionate about serving our residents and desire the best for the community as a whole. I look forward to continuing the development of CCRC as we work to improve the environment our visitors reside in as well as the care we all provide.
Thank you all for trusting me as your new administrator at Community Care of Rutherford County.
