To be the community’s most effective provider of comprehensive continuous health care.

To provide a vibrant, innovative, and involved environment for healthful, purposeful, and respectful living for our residents, our staff, and our community.

We are dedicated to the promotion of health and to the advancement of growth for residents of our health center, the personnel on our staff, and for all people in our community, directly or indirectly.

We believe in human dignity and recognize that each person has physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs and rights and these rights must be respected. This respect is reflected in our tireless efforts to serve and preserve life and to prepare for its termination through spiritual support, understanding, and empathy when death is inevitable.

We insist that each resident receive the best possible care for the least possible cost to the resident, regardless of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, veteran, or disability status. Furthermore, we believe that this facility is entitled to the payment for services rendered in a timely manner and that the resident or responsible party assumes the liability for payment of services rendered, as well as supplies and equipment needed for his care and well being.

Employment of personnel by Community Care of Rutherford County will be based upon qualification and ability to function effectively, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, religion, age, veteran, or disability status.

We believe that educational programs through inservice meetings and training programs are important to the maintenance and development of an adequate staff and that an effective system of quality assurance in each department is vital to the operation of this facility.

Hello! I would love to know if you are accepting new patients that have Healthsprings Advantage (I am filing now for medicare and Medicaid)? I am POA for my great aunt. 5\4\45. She is living with me in Mboro due to her second story appartment isnt safe. She also lives with my granny who (they are sisters). Would love for them both to find a place together. She is 83. But my aunt, Anne Kerr, has dementia and needs wound care from a leg wound a year ago that hasn’t healed. She struggles with all basic care some. Needs help with bathing, cooking. Etc. Would love to know if you can help . her income is only 1000 a month and my grannys is around 12000 a month. Granny doesnt need care but is very fragile care taking for her sister. Granny only weighs 73 pounds but takes care of everything herself. My number is 615-753-6017
