Dietary

 

At CCRC mealtimes are always special.  Excellent made from scratch meals are served by our dedicated staff in beautiful dining rooms decorated through our resident council.  All of our meals are prepared under the supervision of a Registered Dietician, Certified Dietary Manager and a Production Manager who are trained through education and experience to meet the special needs of our residents.  Our menus are developed and approved by Registered Dieticians and adopted by our resident council.
